Today we reviewed organelles one more time (thanks Bill Nye). Tonight is your last work time for the CELL PROJECTS. You may choose to finish up that NOTEBOOK CONFERENCE SHEET as well! IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY your project is due tomorrow too! Nothing was completed in class so you are still on the hook! SWYK on organelles is Friday! You can LISTEN TO AIDEN'S PROJECT AGAIN as you work tonight! Today we did many more activities reviewing organelles and their jobs. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you can watch the video below and keep working on your CELL PROJECT. All kiddos need to finish the NOTEBOOK CONFERENCE SHEET by Friday for the "4" as well. Remember to spend some review time for Friday's SWYK: THESE ARE FUN GAMES. Today we continued reviewing cell organelles. We also added prokaryote and eukaryote to our glossary (IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY watch the video below and add to your glossary). Keep working on CELL PROJECTS and NOTEBOOK CONFERENCE SHEETS. Today we reviewed cell organelles and their functions. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you should spend a bit of time this weekend reviewing organelles and their functions (watch this week's videos and review the posts for other information). YOU ALL HAVE A PROJECT TO FINISH... plus it's a good time to complete your NOTEBOOK CONFERENCE SHEET. Enjoy the weekend of science! Today we discussed the expectations for our CELL PROJECT due next Thursday. All work for the project will be done outside of class! Today we learning the organelles of the cell. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you will need to get the notes when you return. In the meantime you can watch the video below to get an introduction. We also were introduced to the organelles that do the work to keep living things alive! IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you have a SWYK to make up! Lunchtime and after school are the options (no study hall this Thursday due to the early out). Tomorrow we will start the task of learning these organelles. Today we reviewed the characteristics and needs of living things. Tomorrow we SWYK. Spend some time reviewing your notes. Some of you still need to finish up characteristics cubes too!
