Today we completed our January planner check; updated our notebooks with midterm grade sheets; and discussed the argumentative paper (that is DUE TODAY). We also introduced our new unit on genetics. Today we had our last double class for working on your Argumentative Research Paper! By the end of today you should have TRIP and works cited finished and start the revision process. Final draft due Monday end of ELA class. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY set aside time this weekend (since this is two class periods of work to do AND due soon)  Today we continued working on your Argumentative Research Paper! You have both Language Arts AND science classes to use this week. By the end of today you should all CEAEAL paragraphs written. Tomorrow TRIP and revise. Today we played bingo as a way to review the vocabulary and topics we've explored this first semester in science. Tomorrow you will Show What You Know from this entire first semester's lessons. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY take the time to finish any missing work. I will zero out all cell processes tasks tomorrow afternoon.  Today we discussed more about cancer (when the cell cycle just does not stop) and collected notebooks for a midterm notebook check. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you will find today's work in Google Classroom (I will grab your notebook when you return). Tomorrow we review all the biology terms we've learned in this first half of the year! Today we finished the final Write It! cell cycle task. We also started a conversation about cancer.
