Today we started our new project: Biomes. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you can start your research (email me for YOUR biome) or wait until you are back to school tomorrow. Do you still need to finish your Superpower Science paper? FINISH TONIGHT!!! Today we spent our science class watching the documentary Mutation: Science of Survival. Our Superpower Science papers are also due by the end of the day today! IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY make sure you have your work finished up on time (or spend the weekend getting it done). Next week we will zoom out and learn about BIOMES. Today was the last science AND language arts class time to work on Superpower Science (still have time in ELA tomorrow unless you're a track star) IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY make sure to spend some quality time on this task! Due tomorrow!  We are midway through this week's Superpower Science paper. You should be ready to revise/edit/perfect the paper during tomorrow's last double day (and LAST work day for the track stars). IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY be sure to work on this task at home!!!  We continued our Superpower Science task today in both ELA and science. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY check your task in Google Classroom and spend some time with the research. Tomorrow is writing a rough draft day!  Today we started our Superpower Science paper. Goal for Day 1: Complete the survey! IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY visit your science Google Classroom and do the Superpower Survey task. Tomorrow is research research research in both language arts AND science! (bring earbuds to ELA and science this week) Today we had the opportunity to Show What You Know about human body system functions and structures. We also discussed next week's Superpower Science project (combined lesson in both ELA and science). IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you need to do the SWYK in Google Classroom. You will start your superpower work on Monday. Today we had some escape room fun. Tomorrow we SWYK. IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY you missed out on the escape room fun. Oh well. Be ready for tomorrow's SWYK. (finish all missing tasks, too!)  Today we reviewed the systems of the human body and their functions. Tomorrow we review again; Friday we SWYK. You need to know the job for each system, the organization of cells-tissues-organs-systems, AND explain how all systems work together for homeostasis.
