SINCE WE ALL MISSED CLASS TODAY I chose to keep it simple and hopefully kinda easy/fun this week as far as science was concerned by doing the battle posters (really I did!). Many of you just need to learn to read directions!!!
Next week steps up with more content as we review mutations and add new information about heredity. You can get an early start this week by making sure you've done the work from before break (There was a Brainpop task and notes on mutations to add to your notebooks). PowerSchool is up to date as of noon today so take a peek for what I am still missing from you! Monday is another opportunity to head to school to grab your notebook to finish that notebook conference if you didn't yet do so! School is open 8-11 am. Last night the final battle was fought. GORILLA FOR THE WIN!!! I know you may not have chosen the correct winner in your bracket, however you still have a battle poster to finish up. Reminder that you should have turned in the bracket by 9 pm last night (it's too late now... the battle is done... the bonus points are no longer available to earn) BUT you still have a research task to finish (some of you are already done! BRAVO). All instructions are in Google Classroom March Mammal Madness FINAL ROAR.
Boy oh boy that month of March was one long joke and now SNOW?!!! Wow. SINCE WE ALL MISSED CLASS TODAY we are working at home on our March Mammal Madness battle posters. YES YOU NEED TO JOIN IN THE MADNESS NOW (was optional pre-break but now is required classwork). Be sure you turn in your bracket by 9 pm tonight! Posters are due on Friday even though the final battle is TONIGHT! Who will win?!?! (PS it's between gorilla and brown hyena in the championship)
